Description

You will be a highly motivated qualified clinician, ideally working in any of the following roles;Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Paramedic or Physician Associate, with a passion for providing excellent patient care.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new service, alongside a team of colleagues providing proactive care to support patients to have quality of life and appropriate care at the point of need.

You will have experience of working in a healthcare environment, including physical and/or mental health settings, be able to communicate with patients, carers and families and able to function effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
