Day to day as a customer service advisor:

  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop
  • Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time
  • Carrying out reminder calls to customers for postvisit follow ups and regular maintenance
  • Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs
  • On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles
  • Producing quotations and invoices

What will you need:


  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service
  • Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Passion for growth
  • A Team Player
