Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator/Receptionist to work in our Therapies administration team at the Hammersmith Hospital site.
In this role you will undertake all administrative process relating to therapies outpatients including reception and back office tasks including support for project work to improve service standards.
You must have excellent communication skills, organizational and customer care skills.
You will have the personal qualities to deal confidently and confidentially with our patients, Therapies staff and other Trust staff and health professionals.
You will be flexible in your approach to supporting the therapy service to achieve its objectives and be able to work in a team.
You will be familiar with the Cerner system and any Cerner training which is specific to the Therapies service will be provided.
You will work closely with the Patient Service Centre, the Therapies administration team and Therapy staff to provide an efficient and effective service.
You may also be required to provide to cover cross site for planned and unplanned leaveWe offer a flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the individual and the service. Please talk to us at interview about any flexibility you may need.
Provide effective and efficient administrative and reception support to the therapy inpatient and outpatient services, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users and the Trust.
