My client based in Bournemouth are currently expanding their organisation and are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team.
What is the day to day of the role?
- Creating HR documents
- Policies, contracts & Handbooks
- Processing Data and creating statistical Reports
- Updating HR documents and staff records
- Supporting the HR manager with day to day running of the department
- Maintaining the HR System and ensuring it is kept up to date
Required skills and qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 months experience working in a HR environment
- Have CIPD Level 3
