To capitalise on our success, we are looking for a dedicated Cisco Service Specialist focused on driving awareness of Cisco Services offerings and to support with the continued evolution of our Cisco Services Portfolio expansion.

Cisco have created many Services offerings such as Cisco Smartnet, Partner Shared Support, Business Continuity Services, Premium Services, Managed Services, and many more for Partners to leverage in their Customer Experience frameworks.

All these services are recurring offers and are attached at point of initial sale.

Work as part of the wider Cisco Practice at Softcat.


We are looking for an analytical individual who will get stuck in, that is outgoing and capable of working on multiple initiatives and supporting Cisco Services across their entire portfolio.

You will work as part of the wider Cisco Practice at Softcat.

You will liaise with our Cisco Alliance Executives, Customer Success Managers and engage with our sales organisation, both Account Managers and our Sales Specialist community.


As Cisco Services Specialist, you'll be expected to:

  • Increase Cisco Services opportunity base
  • Conduct enablement and raise awareness of Cisco Services importance among sales organization
  • Support launch of new Cisco Services Marketing Portfolio overview and enable sales organization
  • Provide early notification of upcoming Cisco Services Renewals to sales teams
  • Identify expansion/upsell opportunities within Services engagement

  • Capability of integrating and collaborating with multiple teams at Softcat
  • Confidence and creativity to independently manage their area of business effectively
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
