Strictly Recruiting Ltd are on the look out for Sales Advisors for a busy call center, handling Personal Injury Claims.

Training will be provided although previous experience in a similar field is required.

Job Role:

You will be joining our clients thriving team, assisting potential clients with Personal Injury claims and being their first contact within their claim.

You will be required to:

Provide a listening ear to potential clients to extract the information of their claim from them
Ensuring all data is collected efficiently and correctly, to allow the team to handle it in the most proficient manner.
Inputting the clients data into a CRM to ensure all documents are kept recorded and safe
Contacting leads to generate further revenue and exposure of the company
Liasing with Claims Handlers to ensure they have the right amount of information and accessing their knowledge to grow your sales technique.
Keeping up with tailormade KPI's and targets to ensure that you're reaching your potential.

Skills required:

Must have previous experience in a similar role.

Experience with Personal Injury claims and terminology
Microsoft 360 experience
Telephone experience and etiquette
Cando attitude
Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the company
