One of the UK's largest plumbing and heating merchants is looking for a motivated Plumbers Merchant Trainee to join their team in Ancoats, Manchester.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you can make an impact and buildstrong business relationships with trade and wholesale customers.

You'll be joining a successful business that had record sales last year and they are looking to continue to build on this success.

Role Responsibilities

As a Plumbers Merchant Trainee, you will:

Receive ongoing training in various departments within the business
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and trade and wholesale clients
Advise customers on the best solution available to meet their requirements over the trade counter and phone
Make proactive calls and be able to spot opportunities to grow the business
Ensure the achievement of set targets and objectives
Represent the business in a confident and professional manner
Get involved in project work

Rewards

You will receive:

A starting salary between £21,000 £27,000
A lucrative uncapped bonus, linked to your performance and that of the branch
