Description

Adecco Basingstoke are looking for a Scheduler for our local client paying £27-30K depending on experience.

The duties shall include, but shall not be limited to:

T:
a) To administer parts requests and purchase orders, and competitively procure all parts.

b) To monitor all PO's issued and match invoices thereto

c) Where parts requisitions are requested by engineers to ensure the engineer identifies the correct part.

COMME**RC
IAL
PR**OCESS**:

a) To respond to all enquiries in a timely fashion

b) To follow up any out-standing quotations and identify further opportunities for parts sales from all Group databases for sales possibilities for manufactured and bought.

c) To administer the commercial process from enquiry via quote, PO, part delivery, fitting (where required), invoice and payment.

d) To log quote and order processing progress so as to enable quote conversion and parts provision performance along with other salient KPIs
