Semperian Group are looking to recruit a Senior Lifecycle Manager. This is a permanent, full time position, based from our Daresbury office.

Due to an expansion of the Lifecycle team, we have an opportunity for you to join a fast paced, market leading assetmanagement consultancy, with an outstanding reputation for quality and integrity.


You will work within the Lifecycle / Whole Life Cost Planning team, providing technical and commercial support and guidance as issues arise to any of the Project Companies.

You will need to be able to work quickly and effectively, making contract interpretationsand be able to communicate these to the relevant Project Company management team.


Senior Lifecycle Manager Responsibilities:


  • Take project lead responsibility for the development and scoping of a range of projects across a variety of sectors, and encompassing whole life cost consulting, contract compliance and capital replacement scoping.
  • Interpret and convey complex technical data and concepts to lay audiences, ensuing our clients' needs are met.
  • Assist the Lifecycle Planning Team with explanations and guidance on the contract documentation for the project.
  • Carrying out of appropriate audits of the FM provider to ensure statutory and contractual compliance with regard to asset or systems in question.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement and efficiency in the Lifecycle Planning Team including seeking out innovative solutions to strategic whole life cost replacement and improve overall team achievements.
  • Ability to review and analyse contract documentation and develop appropriate interpretations for the business.
  • Produce guidance/advice notes on varying project related issues.

Senior Lifecycle Manager Requirements:


  • Proven role competence either via Degree level qualification in an asset management / engineering / construction / cost planning discipline or significant demonstrable related experience
  • Commercially astute and able to quickly review and understand often unique and bespoke contractual documents.
  • Engineering / Building Services cost planning experience
  • Analytical approach, effective and efficient decision making and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communicator at all levels; both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of Intermediate Level MS Excel skills, ideally Advanced.
  • Developed appreciation of Risk Management
  • Demonstrable Line Management experience
