Joining a Leading Insurance Company in Chelmsford in the role of
HR Advisor, this is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join the team.

The role reports to and supports the Head of HR, and is responsible for providing HR support and advice, including employment law related queries.

The role is broad and includes:

Employee matters :
Including ER, advising managers, ensuring they use policies and procedures

Ensure staff handbook and HR Policies are up to date, maintained and referred to

Assisting with creating offer letters and contract of employment as required

Keep employee benefits scheme up to date

Assisting the HR Assistant as required

Carrying out inductions and exit interviews

Assisting with information collation and reporting

Health and Safety:
Ensure training sessions are arranged, and personal training plan is reviewed and updated including attending seminars

Support with ad hoc projects and assignments and administration as required
**Relevant experience is essential, CIPD or equivalent is desired.
