Job Overview:

Responsible for technical success, and offshore delivery of a package in an EPCI project. Field/Offshore solving problems skills needed. Strong ability to make decision in the field is required. Basic understanding of a company's business.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:


  • Assists in preparation of:
  • Project Execution Plan (PEP)
  • Project Scope of Work
  • Weekly progress reports
  • Project Procedures
  • Project Meeting Minutes
  • Subcontract package scopes
  • Monitors/expedites:
  • Procedures and calculations approval
  • Delivery of materials and equipment (with Procurement Coordinator)
  • Interfaces with Engineering and Construction as necessary to expedite engineering/construction solutions
  • Daily progress when onsite/offshore
  • Client Free Issue material
  • Use and development of Lessons Learned
  • Ensures:
  • Operations carries out work in accordance with engineering details, procedures and specifications
  • Conduit for crossfunctional information and data for:
  • Integrated Project Schedule
  • QC Plan (with QA Coordinator and inspector)
  • Technical queries within project disciplines and between project/ suppliers

Essential Qualifications and Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (Civil, Mechanical, Ocean, Naval Architecture
  • 0 to 2 years of experience in Engineering or Construction environment

  • Knowledgeable of Project Management principles, documents and plans
