About The Role
We are looking for a progressive HR generalist to take on a 12-month FTC to cover maternity leave.
This role will sit within our UK People Team.

In this role you will lead and deliver proactive, progressive, and commercially driven HR support and guidance to our employees, line managers, leaders and wider business.
The role will also manage key people operational activity for the wider UK business and is a true generalist role in nature.
This role will work in close partnership with a fellow People Partner, Senior Resourcing Partner and Talent Acquisition Partner and will also work very closely with our UK leads for People, Culture and Inclusion.
The role is a hybrid role, 2 days in the London BCW office and 3 days working from home.
Our office is located within the brand new WPP Campus at Rose Court, a thriving campus of creativity, situated with beautiful views of the Shard, River Thames and a stone's throw to the famous Borough Market (where our London People Team can often be spotted sharing lunch together).
