The Administration Assistant will work within the Customer Service Department and will report to the Customer Service Manager. Your role is to provide clerical support to our Customer Service Team.Duties will include:
- Processing of customer orders
- Processing of shipping labels
- Maintaining our internal database
- Maintaining filing system
- Working with and supporting your customer service colleagues in order for us to deliver exceptional customer service
- I.T Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- A desire to deliver exceptional service
- Able to work well in a team
- Have a positive attitude
