We have a brand new opportunity at a Somerset practice for a Conveyancer / Solicitor with conveyancing expertise on a permanent basis.

The firm have held off from recruitment until the SDLT deadline passed, they now have an immediate need for an experiencedConveyancer to join their successful and hard working team.


Joining the firms highly skilled conveyancing team located in the Yeovil office, the successful fee earner will be required to hit the ground running.

As you will be expected to manage a busy and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions withmínimal supervision. Along with the ability to manage transactions from instruction to post completion.

  • Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer from newly qualified upwards
  • Technically proficient in all aspects of freehold/leasehold
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload with mínimal supervision
  • Strives for highest standards in their work
