What will you be doing:


The Head of PBWM Investment Services Proposition Design & Product Distribution will lead on the design and implementation of strategic and tactical product initiatives to support the Investment Teams objectives.

They will ensure the best in class products are delivered to the right client segments and target markets globally.

The role holder will also own the Overarching Advisory Service and enable the wallet growth in Advisory assets, strategically, through the design of a compelling, client centric Advisory service, enabled by Advisory Portfolio Management capability, fully embedded in the Investment Advisory client service journey.


  • Own and manage PBWM Investment Services Proposition Strategy, working hand in hand with PBWM Investments team and Product Heads, aiming to deliver a consistent, compelling and costeffective service offering across PMWM's newly created client continuum (Digital Investing, Wealth Management, Private Bank). Proposition includes the definition of access level to services and coverage model, pricing strategy, overall articulation of product marketing narrative.
  • Among some of the current priorities are:
 The simplification and enhancement of our Wealth Investment Proposition, working closely with Wealth Proposition team and Front Office teams.

 The design and deployment of enhanced fee-based Advisory Services, working closely with Distribution teams and front office team


This includes:
 Definition of Service Proposition and Service features, derived from clients' needs across markets

 Definition of target state end to end client advisory journeys and end to end investment processes underpinning defined advisory service proposition

 Management of on-going tactical enhancement to existing offering as future state model is being shaped and deployed

 Ownership of Business requirements underpinning Advisory Service Proposition, and their translation in data and tech requirements

 Business ownership of design and implementation of Strategic Advisory Platform

  • Oversee the transition phase and migration strategy of clients from existing investment service proposition to newly defined investment service proposition across newly created client continuum, working with Front Office team and Investment Specialists.
  • Drive the definition of overall business capabilities and target operating model, underpinning Target State Investment Service Proposition & Platform, working hand in hand with Investments COO team as part of defining PBWM Investment Target State Business and Tech Architecture.
  • Own and manage content of product marketing narrative, product sales narrative and product training narrative underpinning PBWM Investment Services proposition, working closely with Sales Management team, Training & Competency team and Marketing team.
  • Own the Product distribution framework of PBWM, ensuring that we are selling the right products to the right clients across segments and markets and maximising success of product sales strategy by providing Front Office teams and Investment teams with quality product sales narrative and seamless sales processes.

What we're looking for - Formal education to degree level or significant experience of working in the Financial Services industry
