Join a leading independent UK consultancy at the forefront of risk, pensions, investment and insurance.

Seeking a UI Designer, who will be responsible for creating, designing and developing web elements that optimise user interaction and experience across various devices.

You will have a creative yet organized approach to tackling problems and creating solutions.

You will be tasked with building exciting new products from scratch, and working with a growing team to deliver quality digital products.

You will collaborate with the Platform and IT teams to create wireframes, storyboards, and conceptual models for testing and building.

Responsibilities:

Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams. Ability to collaborate closely with developers and copywriters.
Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, sitemaps and effectively communicate your interaction ideas using any of these methods.
Assist in the compilation of user stories.
Collaborate on scenarios, endtoend experiences, and screen designs.
Experience in front end coding.
Evaluate and set best practices and standards.
Continually keep yourself and the team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.
Any other reasonable task as advised from timetotime.
Support, Implement and Maintain Information Security procedures and activities
Experience/Qualifications
23 or 45 years of experience and proven track record.
Experience of working with coding teams to realise development vision.
Handson experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, Quartz, XD.
Superior computer skills; HTML5, CSS, JavaScript and Bootstrap/WordPress or equivalent framework and programming troubleshooting.
Coding ability using the above and knowledge of Objective C, Swift and C++ would be an advantage.
Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
Understanding of UI; an understanding of latest design and technology trends and their role in a commercial environment.
Mathematical aptitude and problemsolving skills to analyse problems and strategise for better solutions.
Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion for creating experiences in online environments.
