Thanks to our business growth, Cerner Enviza is looking for a new talented, Senior Manager, RWE for the Real-world Evidence projects.
You will be able to be a key player in the development of our ongoing activity related to patient-centric studies, namely Epi.
This role is focusing on driving profitable growth in line with the strategy by generating sales, proactive business development, delivering to clients with excellence, ensuring projects are profitable and developing a high performing team, managing a team of Analysts.
You will play a double role supporting both the commercial side (as an expert in the offer, supporting the work of the business development team) and the operational side (in the process of proposal and study execution).
What you will be doing?
In studies involving primary data:
Leading the delivery of projects and ensuring team delivers excellence to clients consistently and on time Designs study methodology
Develops/validates study protocol, material and planning
Provide inputs to discussion of results and study report
Develops the appropriate storytelling to address clients' business issues
Develops and enhances analysis and recommendations
Responsible for client interactions all along the projects
Lead client discussions and presentations
Anticipating solutions for challenging discussions
Develops/validates publications (manuscripts, abstracts and posters)
On-going project team coaching
Consulting activities:
You may be requested to develop consultancy activities that require scientific/medical knowledge: Preparation and delivery of trainings/lectures to the internal team or for clients;Inputs to the development and execution of other Cerner Enviza offers, with participation in strategical projects and planning
Generating high quality insights which go beyond study results
Project management:
Playing an integrated leading role in multi-disciplinary project and study teams: Collaborate with the multi-professional team to accomplish project objectives and timelines
Control and follow up commercial opportunities
Communicates with peers persuasively to gain cooperation for projects and activities within own functional area
Suggesting & implementing solutions to increase team's organization & profitability
Team Management:
Manager of a team of Analysts
Acquire and grow talent to create a passionate team committed to success
Provide guidance and leadership to team members on developing great relationships
Ensure junior team members are given the best learning opportunity on projects
Oversee a talent and organizational development plan which ensures the team can fulfil its growth ambitions and maintain an engaged and motivated associates.
Client management:
Playing a key role in the relationship with the client all along projects
Generating new business and also actively support business and client development activities as appropriate
Write appealing proposals which impact positively client decision and outline our USPs
Prepare and deliver impactful pitches

Desirable qualifications and experience:
- An advanced academic science degree in related field (such as sociology, anthropology, statistics, public health, epidemiology, psychology, or related discipline);
- Ideally between 8 10 years of relevant experience in a bio/pharma./CRO;
- Fluency in English C2;
- Deep expertise in PRO, patient studies and realworld evidence methods;
- Experience with quantitative methodol
