What you'll be working on:
**Logging tickets for any issues raised

**Escalate problems, promptly allocating unresolved calls

**Maintain the log and advise customers of actions taken

**Develop a good understanding of internal platforms

**Perform any other tasks as requested by your Team Lead

**Support with general queries, advice and sales related issues


Your profile:

Previous experience in a 1st/ 2nd Line Support environment, strong communicator, ability to understand the needs of customers, previous experience with Zendesk, ability to learn new systems, organised
