Hours: 08:00-17:00 or 08:30-17:30

(Monday

  • Friday; Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days wfh or fully office based)

Elstree


Salary:
£20,000 - £23,000

If you are looking for a busy varied role and have experience of handling high volumes of incoming customer queries to support the admin teams, then this is for you


Main Job Purpose:


  • Provide excellent customer service within company standards
  • The job holder will also be required to support the phonebased call handlers

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:


  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • A sound level of English, mathematical and communication skills
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills quickly
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team environment and cooperate with team members thereby building effective working relationships
  • Understanding of MS word and Excel
