This is an excellent opportunity to join a group at the beginning of their journey to developing an existing well run service into a dynamic and innovative place for older people to live and thrive.

Our client is seeking someone who can bring energy, ideasand supportive leadership to the setting.

Requirements:

General management experience coupled with a passion for elderly care
Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
Experience within case management
Strong planning and organisational skills

Responsibilities include:

Regular audit to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well and that there is a consistent delivery of personcentred care to every resident
Recruiting for all staff / roles within the home, managing careers and personal development. Build and maintain a wellmotivated and engaged workforce.
Ensure effective communication links with residents, relatives, staff and other healthcare professionals
Deliver robust financial budget management

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
