This is an excellent opportunity to join a group at the beginning of their journey to developing an existing well run service into a dynamic and innovative place for older people to live and thrive.
Requirements:
- General management experience coupled with a passion for elderly care
- Knowledge of CQC legislation and guidelines
- Experience within case management
- Strong planning and organisational skills
Responsibilities include:
- Regular audit to ensure the home is fully compliant and operating well and that there is a consistent delivery of personcentred care to every resident
- Recruiting for all staff / roles within the home, managing careers and personal development. Build and maintain a wellmotivated and engaged workforce.
- Ensure effective communication links with residents, relatives, staff and other healthcare professionals
- Deliver robust financial budget management
Contract, Remuneration and benefits:
- £50, ,000 PA DOE
