Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant to join our small, friendly team.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

Managing the Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable function within the businesses
Processing supplier invoices, regular statement reconciliations, resolution of supplier queries
Weekly bank reconciliation along with associated cash allocations
Dealing with credit card expenses and expense claims and associated reconciliations
Responsibility for fixed asset register and processing of depreciation
Assisting Finance Manager with month end, ensuring that sales and purchasing are correctly coded in nominal accounts within P&L and Balance Sheet
Ad hoc duties and assisting the Finance Manager and the wider team where needed.
