About the Team

Lemon8 is a social media platform committed to building a diverse and inclusive community where people can discover new content and creators every day.

Lemon8 aims to inspire the community in a number of categories, including food, fashion, beauty, skin care, travel and more.

People can share photos and videos as well as engage with one another through features such as likes, comments and sharing.

Lemon8 is currently available on iPhone and Android in USA, UK, Japan, Singapore,Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam.

What you will do

Manage the end to end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, report and analysis
Use data to identify uprising creators; attract and cultivate strong connections and relationships with the creators in order to develop and scale creator partnership programs for Lemon
Analyze creators' content & performance and propose innovative solutions to help creators achieve platform success
Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on our best practices to help them accelerate their growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to help shape the approach to content and influencer strategy
13 years of experience in the Fashion vertical, social media, startup environment or tech company
Experience in digital creator space with knowledge and experience leveraging tools + data that help identify and activate creators
Existing media relationships and has experience working with creators; Good understanding of social media; aware of the latest trends on social media
Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and has worked with global teams
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Passion for the creator's economy
