The Opportunity:
Retail Talent Acquisition Manager - 9-month FTC - Based in Purfleet, Essex - Hybrid.
This is an exciting new opportunity to help us uncover the best talent in the market for a fast paced 'scale up at pace' initiative.
You'll create and oversee the planning, development, and implementation of a new and productive Talent Acquisition strategy for this initiative.
About The Opportunity:
- Develop a best practice, sustainable, cost effective, talent acquisition and hiring plan and strategy.
- Design, plan and execute an attraction campaign including advertisements on available job boards and social media channels.
- Design, plan, execute and manage selection process including online assessment centres.
- Manage endend interview logistics through to offers and induction.
- Create all collateral including job ads and assessment criteria.
- Monitor and solve and recruitment bottle necks.
- Leadership of TA Partners
About Your Experience:
- Proven experience as a TA Manager or similar role managing volume recruitment, ideally within a fastpaced multisite retail environment
- Endend recruitment management experience of large 'scale up' projects.
- Indepth knowledge and experience of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
- Experience in creating and managing assessment centre selection processes.
- Handson experience creating recruitment collateral including job ads and selection criteria.
- Proficient in the use of job boards and social media
- Experience with ATS, databases, sourcing, and marketing tools
- Strong team leadership and motivation
