As part of our growth plan and our ongoing commitment to developing women's services in the region, we are looking for a new practitioner to join our Women's Service team.
Our Women's Service Practitioners are central to helping women to identify, implement and maintain engagement in services and lifestyle changes that will support their ability to address their needs and move away from criminality.
You will be able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, have a high regard for safety and wellbeing, be solution focused, tenacious and empowering in your approach, and work tirelessly to achieve the best outcomes with clients.

A relevant qualification at Level 3 or 4 (e.g. Information, Advice and Guidance) will be required, or the ability to demonstrate prior equivalent experience at this level.

A bit about us
Lincolnshire Action Trust (LAT) is a registered charity that works with individuals who are in contact with the criminal justice system across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
The main focus of our work is resettlement and rehabilitation including employability, accommodation, finance and debt and work with children and families.
Over 20,000 clients access our services each year and volunteers are a valuable element of LAT's support for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
