Location: Indian Queens, Cornwall (with occasional one day per week at Roche)

Salary: Up to £29,172

Hours: Full-time, Permanent. Mon–Fri (occasional Saturdays during peak trading)

Our warehouse operation manages the receipt and despatch of over one million units of clothing annually across multiple sales channels, ensuring a reliable and efficient service for our customers.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Goods-in Assistant Manager to join our Warehouse leadership team, overseeing the intake function across Refined Brands.

This is a key operational role with responsibility for managing the Goods-in team, coordinating multi-site stock intake, and supporting site-wide operational management.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

• Lead the Goods-in team, including seasonal temps.
• Plan and organise daily workloads in line with KPIs, priorities, and team resources.
• Participate in the receipt and put-away of deliveries, particularly outside peak periods.
• Maintain an accurate digital goods-in schedule and follow SOPs for different channels.
• Support site and shift management: opening/closing, keyholding, and providing additional cover during peak periods.
• Coordinate with the Inventory team to ensure accurate stock locations and attributes for picking and replenishment.
• Lead multi-site intake coordination, spending one day per week at our Roche site when required, ensuring smooth handover and processing of bulk deliveries.
• Support capacity management in collaboration with the Logistics Manager, reorganising pick-faces and maximising storage efficiency.
• Promote a positive team culture, addressing undesirable behaviour and supporting change initiatives.
• Ensure team members receive appropriate training and development, following best practice.

About you:

• Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Skilled in WMS/ERP systems and confident handling Excel data for operational purposes.
• Able to lead, coach, and mentor a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
• Flexible, reliable, and capable of working in a physically active role, including manual handling and using stepladders.
• Comfortable working across two sites and adjusting to peak season demands.
