Main Responsibilities:
- Verify quality control measures
- Maintain and execute Sampling Schedule (ATP, Microbial, Allergens, Chemical, Nutritional testing)
- Conduct GMP Audits and Food Safety Inspections
- Log and investigate non conformances, root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions
- Investigate customer complaints and actively seek to reduce complaints
- Maintain Document Control
- Complete weekly KPI's
- Compose new product labels
- Conduct traceabilty exercises as and when required
- Ensure personnel are trained on procedures and systems and have the skills to effectively perform their duties.
- HACCP Team member
- Health and Safety Rep
Key Requirements
- Knowledge of quality and food safety principles, health and safety
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft
Qualifications:
- Quality or Food Safety or Science Related Qualification
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
£30,000.00 per year
