We are currently recruiting for a Corporate Administrator to join our busy Smart Employee Eyeccare team on a full time basis working 37.5 hours over 5 days from Monday to Friday.


Job description


The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to our Smart Employee Eyecare division and to promote Duncan and Todd's Corporate Eyecare/SEE to potential clients and ensure existing client's requirements are fulfilled.

Some of the core responsibilities of this role are;

  • Handle requests for Eyecare packs and SEE vouchers ensuring the appropriate materials are provided to the client in a timely manner
  • Deal with queries from existing clients to ensure their requirements are fulfilled, e.g. dealing with clients' employees, dispatch of stationery to nominated personnel, invoice queries and any other relevant task.
  • Process Eyecare forms and vouchers and record and process sight tests and spectacle orders as appropriate, ensuring all queries, cancellations and nonconformance are noted and acted upon.
  • Monitor manufacturing time and delivery time of spectacle orders and follow up any queries/delays at Caledonian Optical and inform Network Optician of any delays.
  • Liaise with the Accounts Department to assist with any queries regarding Network Opticians, payments or invoices, resolving issues or referring to the Corporate Manager as appropriate.
  • Ensure filing is carried out on a daily basis to ensure current records are up to date and accurate and that material is archived as appropriate.
  • Assist with the monthly stock take, ensuring accurate stock levels are recorded and any discrepancies highlighted to the Corporate Manager
  • Any other duties as required to assist in the smooth running of the department
Previous experience in administration is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
