Assistant Property Caretaker, working in and around the
(Duffryn, Newport Area).

Key Points of the role

  • Core working hours are
    8am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday
    on site, with extra hours sometimes required.
  • You will be responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of external and internal communal areas within residential apartment blocks.
  • You will carry out general ground's maintenance, window cleaning, adhoc and repairs.
  • You will be proactive in helping assess for maintenance issues, health and safety including reporting building defects, testing of fire and security alarms.
  • Must be able to drive.

Salary:
From £21,800.00 per year
