The Firm:
Long established, hugely successful international shipping company.
The role:
- Handle cargo claims (pre claim / quantified claim)
- Investigating the cause of damage to cargo and equipment
- Pursue recovery against local third party
- Negotiate settlements with plaintiffs and third parties
- Must have previous experience of Maritime/Cargo claims
- Strong understanding of container handling operations at terminals and depots.
- Strong understanding of logistics and multimodal transport.
- Law degree preferred but not essential.

Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary:
£35,000.00 per year
