    Azienda che opera nel settore delle energie rinnovabili cerca un Operations Manager esperto per gestire le operazioni e la manutenzione (O&M) dei suoi impianti di biogas situati in tutta Italia. Il candidato ideale avrà una solida esperienza nel settore e sarà responsabile del coordinamento di tutti gli impianti, dalla fase di handover post-construction fino alla piena operatività.

    Responsabilità principali:

    • Supervisionare l'intera fase operativa e di manutenzione degli impianti di biogas, assicurando un'efficace gestione degli impianti su tutto il territorio italiano.
    • Gestire la transizione dalla fase di costruzione alla piena operatività degli impianti, garantendo la conformità con gli standard aziendali e normativi.
    • Collaborare con stakeholder interni ed esterni per assicurare il corretto funzionamento degli impianti, con particolare attenzione a fornitori e autorità locali.
    • Ottimizzare le procedure di manutenzione e migliorare l'efficienza operativa degli impianti, individuando soluzioni innovative.
    • Assicurare il rispetto delle normative ambientali e di sicurezza, implementando le migliori pratiche operative.
    • Contribuire al miglioramento continuo delle operazioni e dei processi di manutenzione con un focus sulla sostenibilità e l'efficienza energetica.

    Requisiti:

    • Almeno 8 anni di esperienza nella gestione operativa di impianti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, preferibilmente nel biogas.
    • Esperienza nella gestione e coordinamento di team O&M.
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, necessaria per la collaborazione con partner internazionali.
    • Capacità di gestire relazioni complesse con stakeholder interni ed esterni, incluse le autorità locali.
    • Disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale.
    • Ottime capacità organizzative e di leadership, con una forte propensione ai risultati.

    Salario:

    Euro 80.000 - Euro 100.000 all'anno, oltre alle maggiorazioni previste dal contratto collettivo.
