Project Officer


Salary:
£23,920 FTE (£11,960 pro rata)

Hours per week: 20hours, hours negotiable upon start (please note with community based work there will be times evening and weekend work will be required)

About Elite Community Hub C.I.C.
Elite community hub C.I.C. is a social enterprise set up during the covid pandemic to give back to the local community.

We offer a range of free boxing sessions for young people, over 50's, veterans along with running mental health initiatives and have a large amateur boxing team.

Elite Community Hub C.I.C. is looking to develop even further, going into alternative education whilst also providing community activities and projects.


Role Summary

• Develop and manage projects within Elite Community Hub C.I.C.
• Creating sustainability for the hub using initiative and looking at strategic wider opportunities for development.
• Budget monitoring and tracking for projects and the community hub
• To collect monitoring and business intelligence data, including project and financial performance and impact measures.
• Keeping up to date with Local community initiatives and attending networking events when required, to help promote the community hub.
• Any ad hoc duties as requested by management

Who we are looking for

• Knowledge of how sport has an impact on mental and physical wellbeing within the community
• Experience of developing projects and to effectively project manage.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build strong, productive and professional relationships
• Experience using Microsoft programs such as word, excel, teams
• Ability to effectively manage time and work proactively using initiative.
