A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an
experienced Integrated Governance Managerto join a community-based mental health support service in Salford, where the team provides talking therapies and wellbeing assistance to local people who are experiencing common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement,and more.

The team is dedicated to providing comprehensive, recovery-oriented psychological care that is accessible and constructive for all. Services are provided in a range of ways to best suit individual needs - including 1-to-1 and group sessions, online and face-to-face
- to give each person a safe space to talk through their concerns and leave better equipped to move forward.


As Senior Integrated Governance Manager, you will play the lead role in realising clinical compliance, effectiveness and service improvement; you will have the freedom to create and manage improvement initiatives, policies, risk assessments, compliance activities,and development frameworks that ensure professional clinical standards are maintained and continuously evolve, with the possibility of facilitating CQC registration in the future.

You will also be a director on the board and participate in the strategic directionof the organisation.


This is a
permanentrole for a Senior Integrated Governance Manager, working
ideally 30h or 37.5h per week (negotiable), 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri.


  • Access to your own personal transport will be highly beneficial for this role some travel between bases around Salford will be required._

Person specification:


  • You
    _must_ have a degree in a relevant field,
    _ideally_ in a clinical discipline.
  • You
    _must_ have significant corporate, clinical governance, and managerial experience.
  • You
    _must_ have experience in developing and implementing new clinical governance / quality improvement frameworks.
  • You
    _must_ have experience of integrating governance across organisations.
  • You
    _must_ have outstanding interpersonal skills including being able to comfortably leadand engage teams without supervision, to be flexible in your approach, and to collaborate successfully with other professionals to deliversolutions.
  • You
    _must_ be able to drive
    _or_ reliably commute this role will involve travel between different bases within the local area.
  • It is
    _desirable_ that you have experience of working at board level.
