My client is a UK leading industrial business who are recruiting in their Segensworth / Fareham branch. They are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.


The responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator include:

  • A supporting role within the customer service team
  • Taking orders over the phone
  • Handling customer telephone enquiries
  • Helping on product returns & invoice enquiries
You will be good at multi-tasking and be confident managing queries with customers.

In return the Customer Service Administrator role offers a salary of £23,000. Based in Segensworth, Fareham the working hours are 8:30am to 5pm. The client offers a generous 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension contribution up to 6%.
