Our client is looking for a
Band 3 Data Entry Administratorto assist a large Data Entry Project to ensure clinical records and information are attended onto a system called Care Note ahead of our client's service closure.

This staff member will be uploading stored data to the system until it's restored and updated and exclusively completing uploads of sensitive data.

Please also note that we are not interested in having anyone who cannot stay for at least 6 weeks.

£11.00 to £12.00 paye including holiday OR

£12.00 to £13.00 umbrella per hour depending on skill and experience

Working Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours a week

Duties

To assist a large Data Entry Project to ensure clinical records and information are attended onto a system called Care Note ahead of our client's service closure
Uploading stored data to the system until it's restored and updated
Exclusively completing uploads of sensitive data
The role may be repetitive, it is not mindless data entry, this role will involve quite complex problem solving and attention to details as the data is stored in a lot of different places, so it involves detective work.

- transfer information onto our client's system

Update existing system and databases with new information
Regularly back up and save data to make sure nothing is lost
Organise paperwork and follow data confidentiality processes
To provide an efficient administration service to team members, wherever based.
To carry out a range of administrative tasks in order to ensure the smooth running of the office and service provision and support the Admin Lead and Assistant Service Manager.
