MicroE Region Americas & EMEA Finance Business Partner


The
MicroE Region Americas & EMEA Finance Business Partner will lead the support to the Region Americas & EMEA VP Sales Leader and his/her team by providing financial insights to the team.

This role is responsible for performing the day-to-day planning and performance management processes as well as identifying and supporting strategic plans to leverage opportunities.

In addition, this person would help identify and develop scalable reporting solutions and process improvements to increase the efficiency of the organization.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner with the business to understand internal and external factors impacting orders, sales, and margins and implement opportunities to grow business performance
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and longrange planning processes, including profit planning, sales and direct margin forecasts, expense budgets, working capital and cash flow estimates and sensitivity analysis
  • Support the enhancement of processes and development of key financial and operational metrics/dashboards/reports to improve efficiency and analytical capabilities
  • Support MicroE Global Finance team with standard financial reporting, pricing & capital expenditure forecast
  • Support adhoc analytics, financial modeling to support business or functional team within MicroE business.

The essential requirements of the job include:

years of progressive experience with at least one similar role. A combination of progressive accounting and FP&A roles is preferred.

  • Experience partnering with business leaders to build sales and order forecasts/budgets
  • Understanding of P&L, Balance Sheets and Cash Flows are crucial & highly analytical and intellectually curious, with an ability to understand how things work
  • Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and interpersonal skills & experience and ability to use technology effectively and efficiently, including ERPs, Consolidation Tools, Excel
  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
