Job PurposeKey Responsibilities
- Prepare necessary documentation for clients onboarding and new business processing.
- Prepare valuations and periodic reviews and related paperwork accurately and timeously.
- Organise and schedule adviser appointments relating to client suitability reviews.
- Assist with any requests from Clients, Advisers and Investment Managers.
- Produce and record all client and firm correspondence relating to clients within the XPLAN database, maintain personal work queue and ensure workload is current.
- Answer Wealth Management phone calls out with reception hours.
- Adhere to the processes and systems set out in Blackadders Wealth management Procedures Manual and Compliance Rules.
There may be the requirement to perform duties other than those given in the job description for the post.
