Job Summary

ABOUT US

The main duties will include:


All aspects of administration including:

  • Calling Customers to book in appointments
  • Dealing with Insurance Companies, manufacturers and warranty work
  • Managing intake of stock, deliveries and returns
  • Keeping the inhouse database up to date
  • Processing invoices and generating quotations for clients, using technical knowledge acquired
  • Booking visits for our field based Engineers and managing their diary's
    Required Skills:
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Customers and Contractors alike
  • Administration/Customer Service experience preferably in a similar (or service) industry

Hours of work:

  • 8.30am 5pm

HOLIDAYS - 20 Days in addition to Bank Holidays


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
