Job Summary
ABOUT US
The main duties will include:
All aspects of administration including:
- Calling Customers to book in appointments
- Dealing with Insurance Companies, manufacturers and warranty work
- Managing intake of stock, deliveries and returns
- Keeping the inhouse database up to date
- Processing invoices and generating quotations for clients, using technical knowledge acquired
- Booking visits for our field based Engineers and managing their diary's
Required Skills: - Ability to effectively communicate with Customers and Contractors alike
- Administration/Customer Service experience preferably in a similar (or service) industry
Hours of work:
- 8.30am 5pm
HOLIDAYS - 20 Days in addition to Bank Holidays
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
