Claims Executive
A clientfacing role, dealing with the most complex losses, as well as those arising with key clients.

Here, you will be managing a varied caseload of losses arising in a range of industry sectors, both blue and white collar, such as Construction, Leisure, Manufacturing and the Professions.

You will be responsible for managing claims from initial notification through to conclusion; keeping your clients abreast of developments, instructing Assessors and other third parties and, crucially, negotiating with insurers to secure your clients the most advantageous settlement possible.

With a variety of roles available, this broker can be quite flexible in regards to the level of experience and technical skills required - from people at the start of their insurance career with just exposure to one line of business, right up to seasoned veterans at the top of their game What is a 'must have', however, is a real passion for client service, the willingness to 'go the extra' mile, and the ability to confidently negotiate on your client's behalf.

You should also have excellent attention to detail and task-management skills, together with a natural sense of curiosity to help get to the bottom of how a claim has arisen
