Kitchen Manager

Are you an experienced and dedicated culinary professional seeking a new opportunity? We have an exciting opening for a Kitchen Manager at our establishment located in the
Newton-le-Willows area.

Join our dynamic team and oversee kitchen operations during the late-night shifts, working 40 hours per week, five days a week.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness. Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support. Create and implement menu items, considering customer preferences and dietary restrictions. Control inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels and minimize waste. Monitor food costs and labour expenses to meet financial targets. Collaborate with other managers to optimize operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain proper sanitation practices. Resolve any kitchenrelated issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards. Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fastpaced environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. A creative approach to menu planning and a passion for culinary innovation. Familiarity with inventory management and cost control principles. Valid food hygiene certification. Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, five days a week.
