As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our team and provide vital support to our Director.

Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
Schedule and Coordinate Meetings and Appointments:
You will be responsible for managing the Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments to ensure a streamlined workflow.
Organize and Maintain the Director's Calendar:
Your excellent organizational skills will be put to use as you maintain and update the Director's calendar, ensuring that deadlines and important events are well-managed.
Manage Travel Arrangements for the Director:
Handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, will be part of your responsibilities to facilitate the Director's travel needs.
Take Notes and Provide Follow-Up Tasks:
During meetings, you will diligently take notes and summarize key points for the Director. Following up on action items and tasks will be crucial to keep projects on track.
Handle Confidential Information with Discretion:
As a trusted assistant, you will handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Communicate on Behalf of the Director:
You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and effectively representing the Director in a professional manner.
Organize Events and Activities:
In addition to administrative tasks, you will assist in organizing events and activities, ensuring they run smoothly and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
