Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting an Account Manager on behalf of a fast growing Telecoms company, located on the outskirts of Leeds - accessible from the train station and motorway links.

Your role will involve working closely with theDirectors and Clients to ensure you are providing the best service when managing existing and new Clients.

They are a fast growing business and they are looking for an Account Manager to assist with that growth.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

Manage the endtoend process including liaising with the Local Planning Authority to ensure planning permission will be granted
Reporting to the client, attending client reviews and manage client reporting tools
Organising surveys, attend site meetings, liaise with colleagues, clients, and agents
Providing team/project wide support
Helping to manage and build client relationships
Helping the team to keep up to date with legislation and market developments
Helping promote company and capabilities
Compiling & managing programs of work & workloads
Helping to identify new opportunities within existing and new workflows

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

Experience in Admin, Customer Service, Client facing role would be desirable
Full UK driving licence
Flexibility to travel around the UK (when required)
Good IT skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work within a team and with contractors as well as using own initiative
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Strong written and verbal communications skills

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Salary:
£24,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on your level of experience
