Our client is a family-owned plant and seed manufacturing business based in Wexham that sells its products within a business-to-business model, offering its customer base a range of ethical products which can be branded bespoke to their company and usedas corporate gifts, tools for education and learning, and much more Due to continued business success, they are looking to recruit a proactive, friendly, and confident Production Operative to support their growing customer base.

This role is responsible forthe day-to-day running of machinery and producing promotional products to ensure deliveries are made on time.

Main Responsibilities:

To operate machinery in conjunction with current production processes
Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are met whilst using the machinery
Follow process instructions to maintain quality standards
Ensuring the production area is a clean and tidy working environment at all times
Regular maintenance of machines with support from external contractors, where needed
To pack finished goods ready for dispatch and print dispatch notes
Carry out regular stock takes
Ensure stock levels are maintained and accurate whilst updating production trackers

Key Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working within an Assembly or Production environment is essential.
Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel including good general IT skills is essential
Previous experience with inventory systems is desirable but full training will be given
Good manual dexterity is required
Systems and process orientated, with good attention to detail
