Our client, based in Brighton, are a specialist educational travel company, who are looking to hire an Excursions Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.


Responsibilities

  • Working within an Operational Delivery team, your role is to ensure each and every school trip is an unforgettable experience through great relationships with our suppliers and collaboration with other teams within the company. It's also a fantastic opportunityfor the person to travel and experience our products to learn, grow and develop a career within the travel industry.

Requirements:


  • We're looking for someone with wide ranging or specialist knowledge of European and/or International travel destinations, who can demonstrate they are service orientated with some good office administration experience. Ideally, we're after someone who haslived or worked overseas either in the travel or leisure industry who has an appreciation of and understanding of cultural difference.
  • Other things which would impress us are a strong organisational skills and an ability to speak other European languages (ideally French, German, Spanish or Italian).
  • First and foremost, you will have a positive, helpful and flexible approach taking pride in delivering your work to a high standard with superb attention to detail. You must also be curious and keen to learn our products. A confident selfassured manneris also a must as you will need to build relationships with our suppliers as well as to support our operations on the ground.
