£35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus annual bonus

Leeds - opportunity to travel

As a Brand Manager / Ambassador / Customer Relations Manager for HYAcorp, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers, your primary responsibility will be to manage existing and new customers, organise meetingswith current and potential clients, and oversee the presence of delegates and social media influencer models at these meetings and events.

We're looking for a friendly, approachable and outgoing Marketing professional to join our team as a Brand Manager. Ideally you would have experience in the Aesthetics or Cosmetics industry before and have helped build an online presence.

There will be a lot of travel with this role, with you attending various events across the country and abroad.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for identifying and selecting the most suitable delegates and influencers for each event, based on their knowledge, expertise, and the audience's profile.

You will also work with the marketing team to create promotional materialsand campaigns that align with HYAcorp's goals and values, and ensure that these are delivered to the target audience effectively.

Typical duties will include:

• Working with sales and marketing staff to conceptualise marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Educating customers, retailers and distributors about our products.
• Building rapport and managing customer relationships.
• Monitoring customer feedback.
• Tracking customer preferences, metrics and media campaigns.
• Attending product launches, events and shows.
• Brainstorming ideas and participating in training and workshops.
• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.
• Previous experience in the Aesthetic or cosmetic industries is preferable, or experience in luxury beauty, luxury fashion or FMCG beauty
• Great Project Management skills
• Adaptable with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Experience in digital content creation and overall understanding how digital/social aspects of the brand work
• Strong verbal and presentation skills are essential
• Ability to travel
