A new opportunity has become available with a leading, regional firm to join their Guiseley/Bingley branch.

They are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, andProbate, that would be suitable for either an NQ Solicitor or an established Solicitor/Executive looking for the next step in their career.

Duties include:

Running a caseload of client matters
Dealing with matters at all stages, from client initial instructions to completion
Will drafting
Dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates
