Our client is the world's first private resort collection offering exclusive retreats in the most beautiful and far-flung corners of the earth.
Destinations currently include Thailand's Koh Yao Noi Island, Sri Lanka's south coast, a private peninsula on the Dominican Republic's north coast, and the northern cliffs of Anguilla Island, with each resort claiming a spectacular natural setting.
Exclusively designed for a single group of guests, each accommodates up to 20 or 30 individuals across just 10 to 15 suites.
The resorts offer every space and service a group of guests could possibly desire, and a full complement of staff (between 20 and 30 per resort) tailors every detail - from dining and spa treatments to children's activities and cultural interactions.
Our client is seeking an experienced sales professional, someone who will love and be passionate about this business and looking to go on an extraordinary journey as this group looks to expand their current offering.
Selling the resorts in the high-end luxury segment with full account management including luxury travel agents, DMC's, luxury MICE, Celebrations & Events, and any other relevant HNW business.
This role is responsible for the creation, implementation, and execution of the sales and trade marketing strategies for all key segments for communicating and aligning with the overall global sales strategy, and specific responsibility for the delivery of resort revenue and occupancy.

- Manage multiple projects, meet, and work effectively under time and resource constraints.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including diplomatic collaboration, and sharing those messages with a broad range of audiences.
- Problemsolving skills to find creative solutions in developing, prioritizing, and implementing strategic plans.
- Robust knowledge and deep relations with the key players within the Luxury Consortia world, Luxury and lifestyle distribution channels, and main partners, such as Serandipians.
- Experience working in a global environment with multicultural teams.
- Travel up to 50% of the time
