Potential Permanent role after trial period
Must haves for role of Administrator:
- Previous Admin experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous experience dealing with customers.
Role of an Administrator:
- Create the relevant inventory, purchase, and sales parts in the operating system.
- Maintain supplier price lists, updating in the operating system, and resolve any pricing issues.
- Carry out regular checks to ensure all the product information held in the system is correct and up to date.
- Establish good working relationships with our suppliers and Customers.
- To assist in the sourcing of alternatives products.
- Collating data relevant to both sales and purchasing trends.
- To process sales orders, confirming delivery and receipting goods in.
- Create inventory and noninventory purchase orders.
- Investigate invoice queries.
