About Our Client:

Luton based leading European Logistics distribution and supply chain group who pride themselves on offering a great place to work, empowering staff to make decisions and be involved in projects and improvements.

The Temp to perm Sales Order Administrator role will be supporting key European customers with the administration from order through to delivery.

Sales Order Administrator responsibilities and tasks:

Manage incoming clients queries
Data Input for the delivery notes and COA'S (These would then be passed to the relevant 'Supply Chain and Logistics Officer' to check the information is correct and send out.)
Act as a supporting role with sending out first enquiries for freight requests upon request from the relevant 'Supply Chain and Logistics Officer' if required.
Data entry
Data checking and ensuring all our customer details and customer unloading requirements / checking with the customers to ensure all the information we have on file is correct and up to date.

The Successful Applicant:

Sales Order Administrator Experience and characteristics required:

A track record providing excellent customer service/ administration ideally with some experience in Logistics distribution and supply chain industries
Great attention to detail
The ability to multitask and deal with multiple queries at once, prioritising workload effectively
Be based locally to Luton and enjoy a fast paced working environment
Comfortable communicating with diverse client portfolio
Eagerness to learn
