Description:

We are looking for someone to join our team, working in our busy outdoor sundries department.

This department includes composts, garden pots, paving & landscaping supplies as well as small storage sheds and garden features such as statues, arches and arbours.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring stock is out on display, merchandised to a high standard with the correct point of sale materials.
The safe storage of any overstock.
Maintaining a high level of customer service through friendly 'meet and greet', good knowledge of your stock and dealing with customers in a courteous, efficient and cheerful manner.
Dealing with customer enquiries to achieve customer satisfaction at all times. immediately referring any unresolved issues to your line manager.
Achieving full knowledge of the products and sales offers in your department.
Keeping your line manager updated on stock requirements, overstock, stock shortages and customer requests.

Prerequisites

Duration:

Full time with alternate weekend working rota.
