Great chance for a newly-qualified accountant to progress into a managerial level role and lead and develop a small team of Assistant Accountants.

You will be working as part of a team of seven in finance so you will get plenty of variety to the role with exposure across management accounting, analysis, team management, budgeting and forecasting.

The role will be predominantly office based during the first few months while you're getting up to speed with systems/processes.

You will then have the flexibility to do a day or two from home in the long-term.

**ROLE OVERVIEW

Take ownership for the divisional management accounts with associated analysis and commentary on results
Budgeting and forecasting with analysis into variances
Manage and mentor a small team of Assistant Accountants
Preparation of insightful MI for multiple departments to support decision making
Partner with various stakeholders to gain an understanding for the factors that impact operational and commercial performance
Support with financial accounting (VAT, intrastat, yearend, audit)
